Change in the Location of the 2011 Competition - Kibutz Tzuba

Following an adminisrtative decision by the ICRC, the location of the competiton was changed.

The 5th National Competition on IHL will be held in Kibutz Tzuba

There is no change in the dates of the competiton (November 14 - 17) or the location of the Final Event (Konrad Adenauer Conference Centre in Mishkenot Sha'ananim).
