In this session Adv. Yaniv Roznai will present his new paper:

"Cracking the Nuc" in the Legal Field:

An Israeli Attack on Iran's Nuclear Facilities From an International Law Perspective

This paper examines the legality of a possible Israeli pre-emptive attack on Iran's nuclear facilities. Various arguments are examined, including whether such an attack violates the prohibition on the use of force and whether such an attack is a legal exercise of self-defense. [Forthcoming in She'arei Mishpat Law Review, 2013].

Adv. Yaniv Roznai is a PhD Candidate at the London School of Economics and Political Science and a visiting researcher at the Princeton University, Woodrow Wilson School of Public and International Affairs.

Following the lectures there will be an open round-table discussion.

*Please note that the lecture and the discussion are scheduled to be conducted in Hebrew. (However, per sufficient requests, the speaker is willing to conduct the lecture and the discussion in English.)
