IHL Summer Course - Complete Schedule

Dear students and coaches,
As promised, here is the full program for the IHL summer course. We encourage all of you to attend those meeting and to see all of you:
The second meeting of the course will address the topic: "The role of the ICRC", by Adv. Efrat Bergman-Sapir from the ICRC delegation in Tel-Aviv; it will be held on 04/08/2011, 15:00-18:00 (the place is yet to be confirmed, however it will be in the area of Tel-Aviv and its outskirts). Attending this meeting is extremely important since the ICRC will provide the participating students with a copy of the Geneva Conventions and their Additional Protocols.
The third meeting of the course will address the topic: "Combatants and PoW status", by Adv. Gilad Noam; it will be held on 21/08/2011, 18:30-20:30 at the College of Management, in the Teachers' room of the law faculty.
The fourth meeting of the course will address the topic: "Conduct of Hostilities - general principles", by Dr. Hilly Moodrick Even-Khen; it will be held on 06/09/2011, 16:00-20:00 at Shearey Mishpat College, room no' 703.
The fifth meeting of the course will address the topic: "Means and Methods of warfare", by Adv. Hila Adler; it will be held on 14/09/2011, 16:00-20:00, at the Tel-Aviv University, room no' A100.
The last meeting of the course will address the topic: "Other relevant branches of law - International Human Rights Law and International Criminal Law" by Dr. Yael Ronen; it will be held on 26/09/2011, 11:00-14:00 (the place is yet to be confirmed).
