ALMA - The Association for the Promotion of IHL and INSS - The Institute for National Security Studies are happy to invite you to a new Summer Event on international humanitarian law (IHL).
The Summer Event will take place on Sunday, July 22, at 18:00 at INSS (40 Haim Levanon Street, Tel-Aviv. Parking is available at INSS).
The event will feature an open, colorful and interesting discussion on topics that are high on the public agenda. The unique discussion will include legal, operational and strategic aspects of important issues that decision-makers both in Israel and other states must confront as part of armed conflicts and counter-terrorism activity.
